This policy explains how returns and refunds are handled for orders placed with Squozrelzex. Consumer rights depend on your location, the nature of the goods, and mandatory law. We apply the rules of Norway and the European Economic Area where they govern your contract. Food supplements may be subject to specific rules for sealed goods.
Right of withdrawal
If you qualify as a consumer and the sale is covered by distance rules, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to conditions for sealed goods related to health or hygiene when opened.
Food supplements that are sealed for health protection may lose the right of withdrawal once unsealed after delivery, where such an exception is permitted by law.
Defective or incorrect items
If an item is damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us promptly with your order details and a clear description. We will respond in accordance with statutory warranty and consumer remedies.
How to request a return

- Wait for return instructions before shipping items where required.
- Return goods in their original packaging when reasonably possible.
Refunds
